As someone who is fine with gay marriage it pains me to see many gay activists behaving in a manner I think is inconsistent with their message of tolerance. I can see no good coming from this and I won't be surprised if it only hardens feelings against gay marriage. Should it get back on the ballot I don't think it will be a stretch seeing CA voting against gay marriage in larger numbers.
