Sheikh Salih Ibn al-Luhaydan said some "evil" entertainment programmes aired by the channels promoted debauchery.

I hate when a lily white "artist" (and I use that term VERY loosely) surrounds himself with black musicians. What, is he hoping a little soul rubs off or is he just trying to show he's down for the cause? It looks so forced and contrived and either way is very condescending. not really, bother me that is. I think there are all sorts of similar courts that come under the 'arbitration tribunal' heading. Noone paid particular attention to these:

Jewish Beth Din courts operate under the same provision in the Arbitration Act and resolve civil cases, ranging from divorce to business disputes. They have existed in Britain for more than 100 years, and previously operated under a precursor to the act.

This one has only hit the papers because its the muslims and the good folks are worried that there are going to be stonings and removal of limbs for coveting thy neighbours ass, as it were. All parties have to agree to accept the ruling I understand, now whether they do so of their own free will I suppose is the question you are asking.
