can anyone shed any light on this claim? what is actually going to happen?
A kite is a contract of glory
that must be made with the sun,
so you make friends with the field
the river and the wind,
then you pray the whole cold night before,
under the travelling cordless moon,
to make you worthy and lyric and pure.

Here is a clue that has no basis in reality, but a clue nonetheless...

Reading Bunnymen.com news at the moment, it gives that exact impression. But no, Glasvegas are playing a sold out gig at Fibbers in York on the night of the RAH gig. Still, we should get a very long Bunnymen set. Hopefully.

we loose out the chance to see a great band at the peak of their powers- a real coup for the bunnymen. ok seriously, anyone heard og glass vegas? surely coldplay would sell a hand to support them?

glasvegas seems alright, from what i heard on youtube! i'm happy to have them support at Radio City......but i think RAH doesn't need a support band, just because of the venue. (not sure why i think that, but i do  )

Because England is the best thing in the whole wide world, and anything that happens there is, by definition, perfect as-is?

possibly........

but no, it's the venue. the event itself, at that venue, doesn't need a support band to make it perfect! (just my opinion, of course)
