The "classic e.a.t.b. star"

What is the origin of the "classic e.a.t.b. star"? I mean, it's a red star, not exactly a proprietrary mark like the bunnygod.

Yeah, this was the first time I had heard of the "classic" E.A.T.B star.

As I recall that first appeared on the Flowers tour as a t-shirt, which I bought. I think I liked it's ambiguity. It may have been designed as an homage to the Porcupine video era Soviet stylings but I don't recall seeing this specific logo prior to Flowers.

Could the band sue North Korea?

I don't remember if it's in the Crystal Days box set or Turquoise Days book but I'm pretty sure there were some backstage pictures showing the Bunnymen's gear boxed up and the boxes were stenciled with "Bunnymen" and the classic star. These pics appeared to be from the camo tour days or somewhere around that time.

I bought an army green shirt with the red star that had "Bunnymen" written over it from the Ivan run site. That fucker has held up well to this day.
With the Force as his ally he did battle with the Dark Lord. And he showed the measure of a true Jedi at a place called "The Death Star" where hope for the Galaxy was reborn. May all who struggle against tyranny hold his memory in their hearts

Yup (Crystal Days at hand), inside cover page 3 and page 46.

Does have a certain commie, North Korean feel to that star.....
