Brinks Mat drama on last night , all episodes on iPlayer

Has a pretty decent post punk soundtrack, Fall, Gang Of Four, New Order.
Episode two has a brief bit of the Never Stop 12"
It wouldn't work if Mac was a slaphead would it.

It was played over the closing titles of episode 1 - a specially edited version by the sound of it.

Good series. The JD over the final scenes (woops spoiler alert) was a bit obvious - though not as obvious as me telling Mrs FC what the tracks were, when they were released and chart positions (if appropriate). On the other hand she was amused by my assertion that the goldsmith bloke ...spoiler alert again..... - when he told the court that he was an expert in gold, that I wasn't sure being able to chuck it in a pot and melt it down with bits of crap so it didn't look like bullion any more, was a tad bigging himself up a bit. True (ish) story though - Telegraph has a fact vs fiction piece thats interesting, plus several articles on why its bad to make it all a bit Robin Hood.

I enjoyed it FC. Nice seeing the 'old' 1980s cars. To think they're probably worth a few bob by now (well, those that aren't bundles of rust).
Purveyor of the 'semi-predictable one-liner (which) embodies the essence of the type of comedic crap we grew to love here. VB is a crazy fool'
