This is principle now STOP ALL THIS RE-ISSUE BOLLOCKS

Glad i stopped collecting.

I might be wong but this can only appeal tp people of a certain age

In fact its makig me anti Bunnymen especially when you factor in Mac's Lyric fiasco

I know they need to earn a living

That coloured vinyl dead horse must be flogged to the lasagne meat stage by now.

Interesting the website uses a picture from the Grey Album era but the said Grey Album is not included in this reissue.

Not sure what rights or control the bunnies have over these reissues. Obviously Will got involved and wrote the notes for the Hardbook reissues which I admit to owning.

As to the pensions. Will and Mac can't claim their State Pensions till they are 66 assuming they have enough stamps / contributions. No idea if they put any monies away for an Ocean Rainy day. if they have SIPPs they are able to draw these down.

PS I am neither an accountant or a financial advisor

Was getting a bit of an urge to go for one of these vinyl babies and looking at siberia and noted, with some interest, the 'often bought together' Siberia, Flowers - all good so far - and New Clear Days by the Vapours. All things possible I suppose, and who am I to judge who should listen to a whole album of turning Japanese.....

Both the recent coloured vinyl reissues of Flowers and Siberia are under £18 on Amazon at the moment:

Too late - mine arrived last Sunday. Under £18 for Siberia is a good price considering it’s a double LP.

I suppose, by bunnymen standards, clocking in at a whopping 51 minutes, it is. I'm still getting the itch a bit. I spose I could put it on my Christmas list for the kids to get me,, lol. Though if I keep buying vinyl I ought to think about a shiny new turntable and a new amp, the ones I bought in 1982 are showing signs of wear and tear.

Didn't bother with them this time (though the £90 for all four deal was probably a pretty good price for someone who wanted the set. Actually, I stuck the last lot up on Ebay when I noticed that these were coming out and got about £210 for the lot. They'd been sat on the shelf since I bought them and as I get older I get less joy from buying stuff like this and much more from actually going to gigs again. It was a choice between yet another copy of Ocean Rain or a ticket for Spiritualized in Manchester next May, Jason Spaceman won hands down.
