Ticket prices have increased well behind inflation

It is pure greed and nothing else

Plus they want to exclude the underclass
It wouldn't work if Mac was a slaphead would it.

I know what you mean mate, 100%. I went to see him years ago, now I realise it was stupid to go, thankfully nobody got ill but I wouldn't go again.

Just going to go to the Phil. Strange thing is I went on at the 9.30 pre-sale and went for stalls tickets only to find that the first ones up were row F? What the fuck happened to rows A-E? Did the VIP thing at the Phil years ago and got front row seats but otherwise it was a waste of money (apart from the £50 I got on Ebay for the free DVD  ).

I think the '40 years of "magical" songs' title suggests you might be right, lol. I'd guess the new songs might be the somnambulist and that one off meteorites. Unless mac and whoever he's writing the new album with slip another under the radar.

Meanwhile will is gearing up for another exhibition of his prints.

Hah, it'd be pretty bloody empty without us riff raff.

Or the curtain opens to reveal two of the original line-up, Mac and drum machine.

Asked why he replaced Will with a drum machine. “ Well with the drum machine, it’s a more faithful representation of the Bunnymen sound, also it doesn’t have a cob on, when I secretly re record ‘new’ songs.”

Asked why he replaced Will with a drum machine, Mac said, well, with a drum machine you only have to punch the information in once,

What else can us old farts moan about, oh yes, having to book for a gig a year in advance. Woman on the radio talking about her first ever gig, the smiths, in Blackpool, now there's a heady combination, just walked up to the box office on the night, bought two tickets and bobs your uncle. Now them were the days eh.....
