A half decent read, with some serious pretentious crap in the middle.

For a list of reasons why the Bunnymen have fallen out of favour, here's why:

1 - Reformed in the Britpop 90's as opposed to the post-punk friendly 00's.
2 - Liam Gallagher/Chris Martin collaborations. Nuff said.
3 - Single with the Spice Girls.
4 - No more collaborations. Mac writes the songs and lets Will do his thing when there's room.
5 - Re-recording classic tracks. The sign of a band who have run out of ideas.
6 - Mac's voice is shot to pieces.
7 - Chicken in the basket nostalgia tours (how many times have they toured Ocean Rain).

Needs to read some more accurate "history books" as well, the Manc gig he uses to set the scene as the last UK show for the original line-up wasn't, they played a few more after that including Liverpool on the 11th.
Purveyor of the 'semi-predictable one-liner (which) embodies the essence of the type of comedic crap we grew to love here. VB is a crazy fool'

Talking of Manchester, can anyone point me in the direction of an MP3 of the Manchester International show from 1985? The first set is on YouTube but I’m after the second set. Thanks.
