I think it would have been difficult to pull a tour. I love makining sweeping statements i have no idea that may or may not have any truth whatsoever. The orchestra when they did ocean rain was brilliant. My guess is the average punter wouldn't give a flying fig if it was a full orcheztra or four fit bints playing banjos if it sounded great. What's happened to Mr Hat the sound guy?

Just came across this, from 2008, so I guess Adam Sweeting disagrees, but then I was about five yards in front of the mixing desk and he was up in the gods. Also thinks reconstituted band better that clssic line up. Thin ice there mateyboy. Wonder if mac pissed him off at some point. Probably, is the likely answer.
