Read it in books

Driving yesterday morning Radio 5 repeating trailer for Formula One so I changed stations to Radio 4. They played a trailer advertising some book program. Background music sounded familiar but not quite right. I then assumed it must be the Teardrop Explodes version. So who get the royalties Cope & Mac and should they use the Bunnies version ?
Next what other bunnies songs could be used, would a politician use A Promise or the Disease when talking about the NHS, or has anyone heard other used?

It is the Bunnymen. The version that was cut from the original UK LP version, but added onto the US version and also the UK Cassette back then. Was also on Crocs 25 Anniversary re-issue.

Do it Clean for them pair of mad cleaning old biddies?
