has he got new management or something? Or maybe its the orchestral versions of old byunnymen classics. Lucky he got in there before hawley did it.

That Pro Patria Mori album is very bland isn't it? Just got to hear it via The Quietus (http://thequietus.com/articles/11918-ian-mcculloch-echo-and-the-bunnymen-pro-patria-mori-stream). Only track that got my attention was Empty As A House, but only because it sounds a little bit like a Mac song/vocals of the late 80s/early 90s. The first one also might be slightly better with an orchestra. Probably seems like a decade ago to those who pledged for it originally.
