just received this from pledge.com

"Thank you pledging on Ian McCulloch's Live Album from Liverpool Anglican Cathedral.

Due to the delays on manufacturing the CD we want to give you the download of this item ahead of the CD which unfortunately is still a few weeks away from being ready.

We are busily trying to get the project wrapped up though and fulfil everything as quickly as possible.

In the meantime here is the download of this wonderful album for you to enjoy while you wait for the rest of your items"

This has got to be the longest wait for a CD of a gig that's already taken place.

I know. I got a cd of the Sonic Youth show that will take place this September.
Why can't they be more like the Sonic Youth camp?

i like dave smith's post on the fb page. you will have more luck hitting the lottery rather than getting a response back. only guessing!

A beautiful performance by Ian at the cathedral. Great recording. I finally get to hear a live rendition of The Fountain in it's entirety. I didn't necessarily want or need his autograph, but I thought he could benefit from the bit of extra cash. It's unfortunate that his fan's loyalty is rewarded with delay, possibly neglect.

Or perhaps I did and made them make the download available??lol.Cant listen until tomorrow but should be great.But regarding the cd.........all is not well in Bunnycamp...

On a diferent note, wonder how it's going go for those who pledged on the playback for the other album......£1,000 a pop, wasn't it?

50/50 on all not being well. I think, we must be talking about the same thing, some of it is for the good. Shame they can't all be on the new ship. It may end up being the wrong one but at least one was sensible to make a move.
