It says on the bottom of the e-bay ad that "Shipping: Will ship worldwide", so this auction is officially sanctioned. How comes Will isn't selling it himself and how does he ship worldwide?

There's a reserve on it, isn't the minimum Ebay reserve £50? If so I think that's called wishful thinking.
