With the Force as his ally he did battle with the Dark Lord. And he showed the measure of a true Jedi at a place called "The Death Star" where hope for the Galaxy was reborn. May all who struggle against tyranny hold his memory in their hearts

I hate to be the beggar here, but any chance you have "Close Your Eyes" as well - hell even the whole show to post? You'd be a superstar and one of my top 5 favorite Bunnymen fans.

Which will get you some a hot coffee somewhere, i am sure.

THANK YOU! THANK YOU!! for the two songs. They sound 100% better and listenable. [/o]

Thank you so much Dave Smith for posting these! I haven't heard these songs since 1991. Wow.

I wonder which songs they may (or may not) have turned into.

Thanks again!

I guess since the latest Bunnymen stuff is so shitty, sometimes - you have to go back. Finding these songs, like Hey Man, What Goes On, Loose, La Bamba from some of the older live shows, helps me get past things like Proxy and Drivetime.

hearing that Les and Will are messing about in the studio, also helps. Basically Dave is making my month, so I am very grateful. Not a FLAC whore, so any songs are good songs to me.

La Bamba is Richie Valens--a fine So Cal boy!!!!!
Velens was actually Valenzuela or something.

Ian was kinda cute about tryng out Spanish sometimes. I liked it anyway, even though he was a bit off, it sounded sexy.
I long for the pork of Porcupine. (A slide show dedicated mostly to Will right here.... http://www.examiner.com/rock-music-in-l ... -here-tour)
