Only going to Sat December gig - couldn't persuade hubby to go two nights running (spoilsport).
I've been thinking about which night will be best. Will Sat be excellent then Sunday not so good cos Sat was excellent and everyons got a hangover from Sat..... or will Sat be the warm up and Sun be the best night cos it will be party time afterwards?

I know both nights will be great whatever - what do you think??

I'm going Sat and Sun and looking forward to both nights. Maybe people going Sunday will be conscious of stuff like work or journeys home on Monday. However I haven't got to worry about either so I can go for it both nights and treat the train home on Tuesday as a rehab unit!!

The last time they did two nights (2005) the first night was absolutely monumental, the crowd and the band were well up for it and it was a fantastic gig, Mac was in a good mood for once with lot's of banter and he sounded great. The second night was a bit more subdued, the crowd were still enthusiastic but Mac's enthusiasm seemed to have waned a bit. It was still a good gig but they were always going to struggle to follow up the previous night. It could be the same this year, or it could be the other way round or they could be crap both nights.
