There will be plenty more on Ebay. I've heard of plenty of people who bought them in the US without any consideration of travel expenses. If they can't get it together they can just Ebay them or that may be their intention anyway. I'm an idiot for not doing that.

I don't get that. If you pay 200 quid or whatever now to someone for the tix - what are they going to send you for your money? An email confirming that they bought them in the first place? If the RAH isn't going to send them out until a week before - that doesn't leave much time to get them. If this gig is the 'gig of 2008', I wouldn't mind betting there's going to be a few ebay scams between now and then.
