General discussion about the band, live shows, its recordings or bootlegs, etc. You can buy, sell or trade here. You can even post eBay links. If it's about the Bunnymen, it goes here.

So is the Crystal Days Do IT Clean the Killing Moon long play version?

If so, why no "Shoot a man in the back" at the beginning?

Amazing that that remains out there. Who the hell was posting in 1984 other than computer science majors?

I think we now know who Scouser is -- Laura Frank Clifford:

Has anyone heard Echo and the Bunnymen's latest effort - "Ocean Rain"?
Being a devout Bunnymen fan, I'm beginning to get worried that they're
about to take a serious nosedive. I've heard two singles from the new
l.p. - "Killing Moon" and "Silver", both of which I think are far inferior
to anything on "Porcupine", "Heaven Up Here", and "Crocodiles".

I wonder if she's going to see them in September....

Just so happens, I made some Cream of Broccoli soup last night. Steam about 2 lbs. of broccoli, then puree it in a food processor. Melt 2 TBL butter/marg in a large saucepan. Blend in 4 TBL flour. Gradually stir in 2 1/2 C chicken stock plus 1 1/4 C milk. Blend in pureed broccoli, salt and pepper to taste. Bring to a boil. Lower heat and stir in 1 1/4 C cream. Heat through, but do not boil, and serve. Laura Clifford

1. No.
2. The Crystal Days track is from the July 19, 1983 show. The 12" Killing Moon/EP track is from the July 18, 1983 show.

Try to hunt down the cd version of the EP on Ebay or somewhere else if you want that particular track.

No, this is the EP that you want.

Here's another seller:

Maybe the CD is available too.

This is the version I am looking for.

It is called Killing Moon All Night Version.

I think they got the wrong release date. Is it the same as New Live and Rare?

Yup. Don't go by the release date. Go by the catalog info. Such as (thanks to Brian):

7" Korova KOW 32
7" WEA 24 95367 (Canada & Germany)
12" Korova KOW 32T
12" Sire 0-20203 (US)

So look for either KOW 32T or Sire 0-20203. Be sure to get the 12". The 7" doesn't include Do It Clean. I think.
