Great show - I have a DVD collection of The Young Ones. One of the better decisions MTV made was to air that show in the late 80s - otherwise I may not have known about it. But we are veering off topic now.
I don't mind Mac's clothing choices. I think if it works for him and he is comfortable, then that's fine. Hell he still looks good. I think it would look weird if say he wore a suit. Okay, he probably should have for the Ocean Rain set.

I grew up on Brit coms and they're still my favorite shows- but that's another thread.

wow - the fountain is nearly 12 years old - making me feel old, but then I am getting that way. How time flies. I put it down to wedded bliss I suppose, or just getting nearer to being fair game for the grim reaper - the compression of time and all that. Don't think the albums grown on me the way waygtdwyl did, or even flowers. probably the crappest bunnymen album cover of all time.

Also a classic thread - started by KOK and hard to distinguish between jolly/sarcastic banter and genuine rudeness to each other, lengthy digressions from the topic in hand and I was obviously on a roll gagwise. That'll all be gone when Mr Brian pulls the plug. Alternatively we should all write a book. Bunnymen underground indeed. Though if we redacted all the libellous stuff we might not be left with much. Right, as I say somewhere else in this thread - tea time.

It might be sooner than you think. Discogs, good tab sites, social media, etc has made this place obsolete.

That said, I don't use any of the things Mr. Brian mentions.
