I finally listened to Sunday's BBC Merseyside show. He talked about having dinner w/ Lou Reed during their time in NYC for the Ocean Rain show. That was a pretty funny story - orchestra conductor crashed in Ian's hotel room b/c he was bevvied up! To be a fly on the wall at that restaurant!
