Lips Like Sugar

One of the greatest sell out songs in human history. An amazing song - only short coming is not letting the drums do something a little different - but then again it wouldn't be a sell out then.

No way it's a sell out song. A sellout song would be if they had a huge hit and kept writing somgs in the same vein like the Red Hot Chili Peppers and Under the Bridge. They've re-written it like 12 times since.
With the Force as his ally he did battle with the Dark Lord. And he showed the measure of a true Jedi at a place called "The Death Star" where hope for the Galaxy was reborn. May all who struggle against tyranny hold his memory in their hearts

I don't care for it very much.

The best song they might've played when I saw them on the Evergreen tour was Lips Like Sugar. The song blew me away live, it rocked pretty hard, the whole band sounded amazing on it. That and Villiers Terrace were both amazing live at that show.

Album version is pretty good, too. I wouldn't call it a sellout song, but the production on that album sure was.

We must have a poll to decide this.

The production is lame just like the whole album. This is a great live song, good guitar riff, good melody.

I find the production to be fine or what it was shooting for. The production destroyed everything else on that album except All My Life and Bedbugs.

Bugger, I tried to set up a poll, but it went wrong, so I deleted it.

People do seem to like it at gigs. Same with Rescue and The Cutter.

What is really worrisome is at the last L.A. show people got a little rowdy for Stormy Weather.
