I Lent the Bunnymen Management over 100 promotional photographs the kind that were used for publicity in magazines the 80’s . I must admit at this point I had told them about them and offered to lend them. Yes in truth I was hoping for some reward.

They promised me and a friend a Back Stage tour and pass for the Echo Arena (Ocean Rain Gig). I turned up and they failed to deliver and made some excuse that they were too busy.

They then promised me and a friend a tour of Parr Street Recording Studios (Liverpool) including a look at all the gold disc’s and other memorabilia. I turned up and they failed to deliver and were’nt even there but had left my stuff at reception.

As a thank you they gave me a t shirt and a couple of greatest hits CD’s and a mug. Nice token but I already had them.

They had my Photos for four months and promised to return them every time I asked for them back, and also said that Mac and Will would sign some for me.

Eventually I had to pick them up myself when I went to Liverpool to se Mac’s solo in March. Guess ,what no signed Photos.

So I went to the sound check, where the management said that Mac was in a bad mood and not to hassle him. On the contrary Mac saw me said hello and asked how it was going and then signed half a dozen photos for me and some other people NO PROBLEM

It’s the Management in my opinion that fail the new bunnymen

I would have probably let them borrow some of my promo photos, if I had any, especially with the promise of a backstage pass. Living to the scouser stereotype. Thieving barstewards.

Got the photos back so its not that much of a big deal.

I'm not angry or anoyed with the Bunnys , just the Management

If I post this on there it will reflect badly on the Bunnys.

When ever I see any of the Bunnys before or after the show including Will and Mac they will stop and make time, not only for me but anyone else who shows an intrest.

Last year some Fans from Holland were Shooed away by Peasy but were called back by Mac who then posed for Photos.

But the fact reamins the managment are shit

London Records and the press at the time seemed to be happy with Evergreen and WAYGTDWYL? Judging by the UK buying public, they were perfectly content with those albums as well. Flowers, though. There should have been some public hangings for that one.

I did try a one man moan on the official forum about what I called the 'Flowers debacle' but I think I was told to go away.Oh and Robbie Fowler of Liverpool FC liked it so I must be wrong.Poorly recorded b-sides cd.

I don't think that's true. They're not of any larger conglomerate. Bunnymen's management are Peter Byrne & Peasy. Period. I don't know what sort of paranoid delusion they're under that make them so protective of Mac & Will, but... whatever.
