Why is Ocean Rain such an impossibly great album?

General discussion about the band, live shows, its recordings or bootlegs, etc. You can buy, sell or trade here. You can even post eBay links. If it's about the Bunnymen, it goes here.

Serves him right for taking a shot at Rockwell that one time.

Gentlemen please keep your statements factual or Jimbo (the defender of accuracy on internet message boards) will be forced to make another appearance.
With the Force as his ally he did battle with the Dark Lord. And he showed the measure of a true Jedi at a place called "The Death Star" where hope for the Galaxy was reborn. May all who struggle against tyranny hold his memory in their hearts

You kiss your mother with those lips Frank? Or just my mother?

Mr. Brian wrote:I realize it's a sport around here to slam U2 at any opportunity they are mentioned but the fact remains, hypocrisy or not, that the music business is a business like any other and there are bills to be paid and it takes a certain amount of effort beyond just being a good songwriter or musician to be successful and continue beyond a few hits or a cult following outside your home area. U2 tapped into what it takes and it paid off in a big way. The Bunnymen for the most part chose not to invest.

ageee with you 100%

if you are talented enough to make music that people want to pay you to listen to then take the money and do something wise with it --

whatever about the music and the bullshit of bono --you have to admire U2 for protecting their income and evolving their BRAND -- As an Irish taxpayer I have no issue with U2 moving tax shelters - Jesus I use every legal means to minimise my tax burden and I can cut my tax bill by a reasonable amount - I do not know why people are complaining about as before the Irish Govt changed the policy they were getting fuck all off U2 anyway -- it was any easy policy to change rather than go after the big fuckers who are milking this country ...

He said "magic" not "magik". Calm down.

The real question then is what to do with my David Copperfield at Caesar's Palace tickets?
