at least i think so. i didn't like it so much when i first heard it live. i mean, i didn't dislike it, but it didn't make me go ooooh! i still think the lyrics are a bit lame... but i definitely like the single version a lot better than when i first heard it live. i felt the same way about In the Margins, too, though.

Well if he's one of the managers he is being paid to claim a pleasant, middle of the road Bunnysong is "powerful music". I think we all know the score over on the official forum. If I have to read one more "If you don't like it why don't you leave" post my eyes will probably start bleeding.

The track is miles better than the live version and for a simple structure has alot going on.You cant beat loads of layered guitars.Strip it down though and live it sounded weak- similar to In the Margins.Some songs just down translate properly.

'The Bear' seems a bit of a knobhead.

yeah, the drums and bass are more back to where they should be, and that makes me happy! and Will is always spot on, nothing to ever question there! the vocals don't usually bother me too much as of late, even though they can't touch the 80's, but the lyrics themselves just aren't there. i like the more obscure stuff. whatever you want, whatever you need - 100 times in one song is just overkill. maybe that's what i mean by lame. it's okay to say something a couple times, but over and over just ruins it for me. (especially that 'rock bottom' thing on the last album, for example)

i just think it's funny how everyone was bashing the producer before even hearing it and now most people are saying the music and production are great! just goes to show!

it still sounds like Siberia stuff......only harder.

(i'm just hearing this for the first time today, been away from the PC for a few days, so i'm sorry if i rehash anything that may have already been discussed.)
