Have only just seen this thread then looked at the links provided here and EATB website & twitter. Unbelievable!
What a demeaning horrible way to treat fans that are actually showing the highest form of respect by attempting to cover their songs.
Regardless of how bad or good they are to highlight and single out someone for the worst cover version is cruel.

This is a new low for any artist or public figure to stoop to.

I cannot believe the 'our songs' comment and spelling of 'looser' just cracks me up.

They should have enough balls to officially apologise for this and blame someone very quickly and make it very known it had NOTHING to do with the band.

Certainly hope it didn't anyway.

Now if only I could get into this facebook thing . . .

You don't think publicly ridiculing your fans and inviting other fans to vote on it isn't a big deal?

As for stealing money off the band & fans 'There's no business like show business'.

A common day occurrence in the music industry.

In fact careers are made out of it.

Artists inviting fans to ridicule other fans who have attempted to cover their songs is a new music industry low.
