General discussion about the band, live shows, its recordings or bootlegs, etc. You can buy, sell or trade here. You can even post eBay links. If it's about the Bunnymen, it goes here.

I like the 'ambient sidekick' bit - hmm, so mac couldn't find another of those anywhere nearer to home. I'll be happy to wait and see. I expect it'll be a fairly long wait. And anyway will seems happy striding out on his own, perhaps he's not bothered.

That Youth bloke does actually have a good portfolio of previously produced albums. At least from my memory, he produced the Verve's Urban Hymns and did remixes of The Sugarcubes' Vitamin in the early 90s. The production should be of high quality whatever it sounds like.

"Link up put down to macs new manager Dave Bianchi who also 'nudged' mac to cleaning up his lifestyle. Mentions the work on the union chapel recordings, the new bunnymen album is the main focus."

Quick google on new manager Dave B

Not too shabby. Cubanate and C-Tec are two of my favorite industrial bands.
With the Force as his ally he did battle with the Dark Lord. And he showed the measure of a true Jedi at a place called "The Death Star" where hope for the Galaxy was reborn. May all who struggle against tyranny hold his memory in their hearts

Awesome, sounds like another Mac solo album masquerading as a Bunnymen album. Cannot wait.

New Management must be doing something right. It seems like whenever I switch to 1st Wave on Sirius they are plugging Holy Ghosts and the album due later this year. I don't recall ever hearing this much on Sirius about them for Siberia or The Fountain.

posted today on the facebook page

Ian and Will are to commence recording of the New EATB album in the next six weeks. Demos have been made and it looks like Youth will be at the production helm.

I always have hope, despite how much I loathe so much of their recent stuff.

Man, they should get Steve Drozd from the Flaming Lips to produce and just wig out.
