I think that means the ticket holders will receive refunds, rather than just making them hold on to their tickets for the rescheduled date. Also, the rescheduled date (when/if it occurs) will be in a different venue.

By the way, in America when a tour is "postponed" or "canceled" it means either the ticket sales were poor or the artist has been shipped off to rehab. Take your pick in this instance.

It is poorly worded that's for sure.

It seems like ticket sales would be good and I think some of the shows were even sold out. New album is getting a good buzz too. Mac said he turned himself around or had some sort of epiphany. Things were looking up for about 5 minutes. Now Mac's voice is out of sorts again. Same old song and dance as the last few years I'm afraid. I've also been wondering why they are touring West to East in the US, most bands go the other way so you go backwards through 4 time zones. Sounds like jet lag city to me.

SeeTickets want the Phil tickets returned to them by secure delivery for a face value refund (so I take it they're keeping hold of the booking fee). Can't really see why they need the tickets back if it won't be rescheduled, it's not like they're any use to anybody?

Think their caps lock button was stuck.
The Phil is going to be refurbished, hence the ticket refund.
Whole 'tour' of all 10 days is such a mess.

Luckily I bought my Philharmonic Ticket directly from the Phil, they phoned me yesterday just to confirm that the show was cancelled and they'll be refunding my ticket & booking fee......

There's absolutely no reason for them to ask for them back if there's no rescheduled date apart from making the Royal Mail some money. There was a cancelled Poltergeist gig in Wrexham a couple of weeks back, I emailed for a refund and it was back in my Paypal account in minutes. Sounds like SeeTickets are having a laugh at our, not inconsiderable, expense.

Just emailed them to ask for what it's worth, told them Wabbit and Fat Cherry put me up to it.
