He should just move on to spoken word performances.
With the Force as his ally he did battle with the Dark Lord. And he showed the measure of a true Jedi at a place called "The Death Star" where hope for the Galaxy was reborn. May all who struggle against tyranny hold his memory in their hearts

Was Zelig's the famed "Spaghetti Sessions"?

Indeed the 'spaghetti session.' The dinner before the show was an interesting concept. I did arrive late as I was previously getting leathered in town so I didn't get to partake in the appetizer.

Things I remember from it: the box of kleenex /night-light on the little table next to the music/lyric stand and the show consisted of all the 'Bunnymen' except for..........

The actual show was weak but I had a great time with friends there and at Will's disco. It was the second of the 2 gigs.

That's the one I went to as well. It was better than the St George's Hall show but the Cathedral was different gravy. Nice venue, been there a few times after that, though I'm sure it was a bit odd for those sitting at the dining tables with the rest of us stood around them that night.

They must have wondered who gave the homeless guy a guitar and a stool and why were people standing around clapping.

Zeligs was weird. It was awkward having to walk through people behind the tables to get to the bathroom. However, there were no lights on in the bathroom because apparently they were all on the same circuit. You already know Ian's love of lights. Seemed like the standing people (on the sides) had an ok view. We were sat in the middle and couldn't see so a friend and I went up and sat underneath the front of someone's table. Luckily we are both small.

BF, yes there was one time at an exclusive performance, per say, in the states when I thought to myself - someone let a guy off of the streets in here. Was a bit stunned when he turned around and it was yours truly.

Meaning it was Ian. The term wasn't used in the conventional sense. Like 'Yours' not mine.

That show was shite in comparison to the sounds of the Cathedral gig. We went to the Korova after as well then had a bit of a party after. Got up a few hours later and headed down to Camden for the Buns show. I remember that set being quite short but the evening sure lasted a long time. Insert 'copious' for night two as well.
