Booked a hotel a couple of hours ago. Came home from work a couple of hours early to get started. Just checked the Cathedral website, seems it's been postponed, no one there answering the phone either.

Hope they've got more than strings on in this weather.

There is loads to do. Head up to the Ropewalks area and just wander around. Seeing as watching snow melt is preferable to Mac perched on a stool strumming and mumbling his way through his sub standard solo material I'd say you got the better end of the deal.
Mr. Brian, I find that offensive.

Scouser's inability to se others' point of view is rather grating.

Many thanks Scouser. I was falling into that trap again of believing the Bunnymen could do something special again.
With the Force as his ally he did battle with the Dark Lord. And he showed the measure of a true Jedi at a place called "The Death Star" where hope for the Galaxy was reborn. May all who struggle against tyranny hold his memory in their hearts

Sad that it's cancelled but, maybe it'll reschedule for all of you.

Hope you get your money back too, esp. 'cuz it's Xmas time.

How bad is the snow? We just had about 4 inches here. No biggie.

Take care to all though.

The latest email from ticketweb says it is just postponed and to keep your ticket for the new date. I should be at the cathedral now but instead I find myself in a Wetberspoons for the first time in my life, the weather isn't even that bad here

Decided to come here anyway (no turning back once the kids found out I'd got a hotel). Not much snow to speak of, must have been about 8 inches when I left home (snow that is) bloody poofs Had thought of going to see McNabb but I've started on the Guinness so I can't be arsed. Can't wait to see Mac in January, unless there's too much sun.
