Ok, presumably he did all the spring 1998 gigs then, including Tokyo, but he'd left by the time of the summer festivals?

I really dig some of the B-sides from that album, same for Flowers, but I don't think the B-sides really fit the album, they sound like they were recorded at a different time and the overall sound of the songs are more rocking that the album tracks.

guy pratt? interesting (or maybe not) I've got his book somewhere (My Bass and Other Animals). Its one of those that ought to be interesting but is a list of the famous people he knows intertwined with lists of how many drugs he was taking at the time. Don't remember any buns references, though I may have put it down by then. He nearly joined the smiths during andy wossnames sacked period.

All I remember of Guy Pratt is him looking, and usually behaving, like a bit of a pratt (see what I did there) on Floyd's Division Bell tour.

He seems to revel in that in his book.In several places he says something like 'i dont want this book just to be a list of drug fuelled anecdotes', but that's basically what it is. Apparently he was invited to play the G8 reunion but couldn't cos he was committed to playing the italy leg of it. Married Richard Wright's daughter apparently
