There's another 11 days to go, that's a long time. One wise man once said, "It only takes a second to score a goal", and he was right, unless he was talking about Joe Allen of course.

I'm not that into a new album, but I am hoping for a tour next year. Perhaps they will even come to Stockholm?!

Regardless of whether they put out an album or not, after the Liverpool show I begged all band members, and Peasy, that they tour next year in the US. A new album will give them a reason to do it.

They might even play a couple of songs off it.

Many a true word has been said in jest. If your really lucky they might play half a dozen new songs from 1997 onwards.

NLF, Rust etc...

Half a dozen? Don't be ridiculous.

Good question, it's already not-December. Ian said the album will be out in December...

"Lovers on the Run" is palatable because Will threw down some mad guitars which sound like the classic older stuff. The other live song "Holy Moses" sounds like a left over from the last Mcculloch solo album. Never been much of a fan for backing vocals on Bunnymen tunes. Maybe a way to hide Mac's fading voice...Agree "Holy Moses" sounds like "Arthur" done slightly differently.

I'd rather have heard the Bunnymen do the old 808 State + Mcculloch collabro "Moses" but in a Bunnymen style....

I don't think there's any mad guitar sounds coming out but I hope to be wrong.

Rumor mill says the album will be out around April.

P.s. I like 'Lovers on the Run' even if it is a bit adult contemporary-ish.
