Isn't a national law that 90% of music played on pop/rock/AOR stations is The Tragically Hip?

Ya they play them to death. Also a ton of Rush. The law in Canada concerning broadcasters is for 30-40% canadian content. Oddly you hear more tragically hip then Neil Young, Joni Mitchell and Leonard Cohen put together. Which is a crime really.
