The Wild Swans

General discussion about the band, live shows, its recordings or bootlegs, etc. You can buy, sell or trade here. You can even post eBay links. If it's about the Bunnymen, it goes here.

I thought when they had that great line-up live all four in the front was this great statement of "brotherhood" or all four being the Bunnymen. If I were ever in a band (and had some semblance of musical talent) that's how I'd do it.
With the Force as his ally he did battle with the Dark Lord. And he showed the measure of a true Jedi at a place called "The Death Star" where hope for the Galaxy was reborn. May all who struggle against tyranny hold his memory in their hearts

Yes, I liked that too. It was good to have the drummer out in front rather than behind everyone which is the typical thing. For the WS gig it was a really small stage.
I long for the pork of Porcupine. (A slide show dedicated mostly to Will right here.... http://www.examiner.com/rock-music-in-l ... -here-tour)

Check out this clip of the gig http://www.youtube.com/watch_popup?v=a9dZBgdoyvs#t=11.

Les and Will are both on the forthcoming album I'm reliably informed.

I am reliably informed that there may be a DVD of the July gigs and a CD of the December show in the next few months. Also, there is some merch left from the July gigs on the Wild Swans site, grab them while you can.

Cheers for that Bill
Mr. Brian, I find that offensive.

Les provided most of the nautical dressing for the gig, the lifebelts, the anchor, the fishing nets, the sails and, if you looked carefully, the speakers were draped in original bunnymen camoflage netting

I prefer The Wild Swans to the Bunnymen nowadays and I'm really looking forward to the new album...

No way, he looks like Wesley from the Princess Bride.

So I'm told.

I found it all a little too technical for my taste.
