I just want to be careful here and don't ever want this site to be a catalyst for anything illegal or ripping off the band no matter what the intent.

Make sure you are clear about what it is you are providing for download. If it is questionable, continue the discussion with a private message or e-mail. I think in the future if I think it is questionable I will just remove the post and ask questions later.

I don't want any trouble with lawyers and copywritten material.
