Why? They get a free pass to kick your ass! It should be tempting for them!

Only if they play Avalanche and All Because of You Days. I'm willing to take my ass kicking but not for free.

If you pull that off not only will I go but there's a Broadway Special in it for you.

I'm not sure how I feel about that. I'm such a puss. It was just a month ago I was posting this:

"I think I've come to the decision to call it a day on the Bunnymen shows, even ones in Los Angeles. After seeing Depeche Mode just recently and the energy and enthusiasm that Dave and Martin gave I don't think I can stomach another self centered Mac performance ever again. Wrong or not I got the feeling that DM appreciated the fact we were there to see them and it felt like we were loved back. The look of genuine happiness on Dave and Martin's faces was something I'll never forget and the effort Dave put out knowing things haven't gone so well for him, just made me love them more. Plus the Ocean Rain NY show was such a positive experience for me with the friendships I made and a great performance from Mac that I know that can never be duplicated, there really isn't a point anymore."

I agree about DM. Maybe "knowing things haven't gone so well for him" makes Dave realize he's only mortal, which I don't think Mac does (realize about himself)
The show (Will and the rest of the band, roadies, + orchestra) sadly all hinges on the attitude of one diva.

The missus and the kids vote for you to fly in as well. I suspect for different reasons.

Being a diva is forgivable (and can be endearing) but I get the feeling they're on autopilot right now. Mac doing a solo show would get me excited again.

Speaking of are there any recordings of the Spaghetti Sessions out there? Dave?

Nah, I'm gonna watch it from the comfort of my couch.

So, BF, that's a yes on the Yard House tomorrow night, and perhaps the show too?

Will Larry Harnisch be there? I have to apologize to him.

That's step 8 and 9 of the 12 Step AA process. I am proud of you.
