Nice to see everyone agrees with me for a change.Bono was a c*** on Jonathan Ross!

re Mac the guy was called Peter Brame. And there was nothing wrong with Mac's performance of NLF until that twat decided to run up from the studio floor and grab the microphone.I thought Mac was going to twat him one but unfortunately he didnt.
Peter Brame then went on shag Fearne Cotton and disappear into obscurity.Mind you, sticking it up Ms Cotton he already had.....

This mumble thing is a problem with Mac. He needs to know the difference between being cool and comatose.

do not resuscitate
With the Force as his ally he did battle with the Dark Lord. And he showed the measure of a true Jedi at a place called "The Death Star" where hope for the Galaxy was reborn. May all who struggle against tyranny hold his memory in their hearts

Nil By Mouth - cos all that comes out of it is shite
Mr. Brian, I find that offensive.

Scouser's inability to se others' point of view is rather grating.

I've just watched the extra bits and bobs on the DVD of the Grant Gee documentary --Peter Hook says, "U2 stole Joy Division."

I was thinking about Hookie's comment when I was typing that. He seemed rather bitter about it.

well we're back to the original question here [note for jack - obviously with JD substituted for buns], and most of the same answers apply - JD/NO wouldn't leave manchester just as the buns wouldn't leave liverpool (Rob Gretton said he wouldn't go to london just so he could talk to cunts], bonkers management and a work ethic thats a bit hit and miss (though probably more hit than the buns), though they did stay together long enough to reinvent british dance music I suppose. Hooky's quite bitter about most things - see his commentary on the 24hour party people dvd, or read his blogs on myspace (NOTE TO JACK - extreme spelling/punctuation misuse warning, make sure you have a bucket of ice to stick your head in before reading). U2 didn't steal anythign really, not unless it was like leaving the keys in your car with the engine running while you went on a long walk.

That's a great analogy!
