Yeah, I don't know any of the names. I thought the guy on the Siberia tour was phenomenal. Excellent drummer.

Live it's definitely the drummer on the Siberia tour but Michael Lee has a pretty good reputation and played with Spiritualized till he complained about money, received a new contract then was fired with the new contract.

i never knew michael lee was with spiritualized! i didn't think he was right for the bunnymen though, even though he may have been good. i think he was too 'rock-n-roll' for the bunnymen.

are you only talking about album drummers here, KOK, coz you forgot one live drummer, jeremy stacy. didn't care for that guy much either. (he was on the evergreen tour - 2nd leg, when owen was still with them before gordy.)

si finley is definitely the best since pete!

I thought Damon Reece was with Spiritualized. Lee was with Page/Plant wasn't he?

I also thought that Jason Pierce fired his whole band after "Ladies and Gentlemen...".

He's been through so many band members it's impossible to keep track of. I just remember the story that Lee and two other members asked for more money, had new contracts created, were immediately fired using the wording of the new contracts and then they formed Lupine Howl. It seems everyone who has worked with J Spaceman comes away pretty bitter. But that seems to always be the case when there is a leader in the band with a distinct vision. They come across as overly demanding and arrogant.

Ringo Starr - cant remember what group he used to be in though.
Mr. Brian, I find that offensive.

Scouser's inability to se others' point of view is rather grating.

Yep, that was Damon Reece not Lee. He also went to work with Massive Attack and married Liz Fraser of the Cocteau Twins in the meantime. My vote to Damon, the best one of the above, hands down.
