Where the hell have you been
We've been waiting with our best suits on
Hair slicked back and all that jazz
Rolling down the Union Jack
See you at the barricades, babe
See you when the lights go low, Joe
Hear you when the wheels turn round
Someday when the sky turns black

The Buns did a 45 minute set

Rescue
All that Jazz
Disease
Villiers Terrace/ Roadhouse Blues
Dancing Horses
Nothing Lasts Forever
Silver
Killing Moon
The Cutter
Lis Like Sugar

A fine performance devilvered well.

Will looked healthy and was suited and booted whilst Mac looked like the day after the night before a bit dishevelled. Mac has lost a lot of weight and is almost back to his thin lean self but its an unhealthly looking thin.

Mac seemed to be holding back laughter as he plodded through the set and refrained from his nomal criticism of the lights and sound levels. Towards the end of the set he even engaged in some banter that made Nick Stu and Gordy smile.

The rest of the Bunnymen did there stuff well but something tells me its all part of the day job these days rathere than being a Bunnyman

MiMi was in the wings give support to her dad

All said and done it was good to see them, they deserve more but it seems like fate has something else at play

Spoke to Will who is excited about his 2 new projects. O one with Les abd the other with Eva Peterson. Both offers will be avialable by late summer with some tour dates to promote them. I never enquired to the future of the Bunnymen although he did say everyone was busy with their own projects and that no NEW bunnymen material was on the table.

there rest of the bands

The Chaps: and new band fromd Gravesend a cheeky chappy skiffle band amusing and opened well

Space: With a new haircut they performed thier uniquie quirky sound including "the attack of the 50ft killer keebab"

The Farm: Football beer-heads brought back some good memories and thier anthemic handfull of songs went down well

Inspiral Carpets: For me somthing was missing dispite Mr Boon and the gang racing through their greatest hits at breakneck speed.

Cast- Fantastic this band is better than most give them credit for. All the hits and some from the more mature new album

James- Well at the end of the day it is clear to see why this band was top billing. Breathtaking

Ta for the review; I hope they'll come back to Israel again as 'part of the day job', is all I'm asking for.

Really looking forward to Poltergeist live.

A really good day overall apart from the hour long beer queues. It was clear that most people were there for James so easy to get right to the front for the Bunnymen - shame they only got 45 mins though. Mac was definitely looking thinner (but still gorgeous) & smoked throughout.

And nice to see King of Kings down at the front

You're jumping to conclusions there, Ivan. You know very well it could just as easily be Meth.

It's now come sown to the fact that a ho-hum show is cause for much rejoicing.
