I noticed that the past 5 years he likes to wear long peacoat and black hoodies... he looks good though

I'd love to open his closet to see how many black hoodies he's got racked up. I agree that the time has come to class up the act with a well fitting suit, not unlike what he's been known to wear in the distant past. Robert Palmer-like.
But then again, he may get confused and think he's the one to wear the lipstick.
