Sorry for bringing up the crappy past. Now if only Dick would have one last heart attack. You all may resume the serious discussion underway.
Although I am a novice amongst long time fans, my limited observation suggests Mac is a dreamer in need of drive and direction. That's where proper management has failed him.

Dick Cheney is sounding especially reasonable these days. I say keep him around.
