I know we are sometimes a bit cynical around these parts, but I'm not sure I need this (236 pages too):

They have been around a while, I bought one at the union chapel a few years back. Mac stayed behind to sign a few copies for those fortunate enough to hang around.

It was available again a couple of weeks back but quickly sold out. I’m sure it will be back on sale again before too long.
