"Flog It" has just been on the TV (10/6/12). It was in the background really, i was ocupied by something else, when my ears heard a familliar tune.
It was the instrumental intro to the Game. A little later I was surpised yet again to hear the intro the Cutter being used as backing music.
Yesterday I was round my mates house who does a bit of DJ'ing in his spare time and likes compilation CD's especially 80's compilation CD's. Amongst his collection he had the SMASH HIT series (1980 - 1989) to my surpise the Bunnymen were very well represented, Rescue, Cutter, Back of Love, Never Stop, People are Strange. It was kinda wierd to see these sit alongside Debbie Gibson, Modern Romance and Jason Donovan.
I thought to myself I wonder how mant times a Bunnymen song has been included on a compliation. DISGOGS have over 220 listed
The Bunnymen must get quite a lot of royalties
