I got word of Mac going with fan funding, and really, I think this is sad on so many levels to see once great artists passing the hat around for donations.

Sgt. Fuzz never expected any of his experiments to be signed to any labels, so this just is what it is.

It's really more about the sad state of the music industry. but, in some ways,I think the Bunnymen would have been so much better off if they had struck a deal like DM had at Mute where they retained creative control.

Anyways, just my 2 cents.

No major label support since 2000 when London dropped them. You have to work harder and smarter when you don't have that kind of backing. Instead, they putzed around with some Indie labels and DIY stuff for the last 12 years but with a major label attitude.
