Can I be the cop who uses their psychic ability to work out the crime. Here's some of my work so far.

Do you want something to drink, DivaDiana?

An ice-cold hefe with extra lime. Thanks. I tried my best, I swear.

(and don't do the "good cop, bad cop" type thing with her either. you are both good cops as far as she's concerned, because you are semi-engaging her in conversation. so much knowledge about ABBA, so little interest in ABBA. depression setting in...)

Sacrelig! Ask Mac. Abba is the best band in the whole world. Ring Ring is genius. (Ack. Cough cough.)

the main thing about abba was, that even though, back in the day we thought they were the spawn of satan, that didn't stop us having an opinion on which of those two women had the nics arse (the blond one, natch. Stil wouldn't mind either.

"Knowing Me, Knowing You" was always a great song.

well dancing queen is an absolute classic, though I probably wouldn't have said anything positive at the time unless i was trying to chat some bird up. ANd take a chance on me always reminds me of this girl i was going ot with at the time because she was always taking the piss out of the dancing on the video, however cutting edge it might have been at the time, rather than the sentiment, yeah right, though there might have been a bit of the pathetic oh go on, pleeeeease to it at the time, you know, young love and all that. hang on, .....be back in aminute. Right, thats better. And when the kids were little, in the car, and i couldn't stand listening to the spice girls or s-club 7 anymore, a bit of the old abba was a pretty good compromise. Funnily enough, they didn't mind the cure's greatest hits either, it being light on the dirges. But the buns were right out.

Shame about the Bunnymen...I suppose it takes a certain mindset to listen to them. THey didn't even go over well at a Halloween party I was at. I have the wrong friends...too many pop tunes rotted their brains.

Ah Buried Alive, that classic kids' party game, beats pin the tail on the donkey and musical statues by a mile.

Don't even try Fuel with the six year old crowd.
With the Force as his ally he did battle with the Dark Lord. And he showed the measure of a true Jedi at a place called "The Death Star" where hope for the Galaxy was reborn. May all who struggle against tyranny hold his memory in their hearts
