Sales figures for The Fountrain?

Postby black francis » Mon Jan 25, 2010 4:29 pm

Anybody know? I couldn't find anything online. Considering their recent sales I would consider 40,000 albums sold a success.
With the Force as his ally he did battle with the Dark Lord. And he showed the measure of a true Jedi at a place called "The Death Star" where hope for the Galaxy was reborn. May all who struggle against tyranny hold his memory in their hearts

Just curious if their play for the mainstream brought them additional album sales or if they were similar or less than previous albums.

no need to justify your incisive line of questioning, bf. though next time you might specifically direct such technical music industry inquiry to one of the several resident experts posting herein.

How many members here and at the BOF? Divide in half.

According to Billboard, Heaven Up Here sold 140,000 I thought that was a typo. How is that possible??

"resident experts"? Who the fuck?
Purveyor of the 'semi-predictable one-liner (which) embodies the essence of the type of comedic crap we grew to love here. VB is a crazy fool'

Technical experts like that asshole that came over from BOF-ville a couple weeks ago to tell us all we're pieces of shit. That guy.

I'd be shocked if they topped 10,000... but I could be wrong.

First Bunny-album I waited to find a used copy of. I do like it, but if the die-hards are all waffling on the quality, I can't imagine the mainstream cares much at all. I bet most of the potential fence-sitting fans (ie: people who MIGHT buy it if they heard it) won't even get exposed to it... thereby dwindling numbers even further.
