Bunnymen collaborations?

Assuming anyone would want to risk their reputation, are there any singers or musicians who you think would be a good addition to the Bunnymen (let's assume that Les came back and Mac's voice recovered a bit to make it realistic)

Put Dave Grohl on drums - his work with Them Crooked Vultures, Queens of the Stone Age (and on the Backbeat soundtrack) is amazing

yes, and because he probably has nothing better to do. voice a slight improvement, also (configure the setup like phil collins on the kit with simultaneous vocals); would relegate current singer to tambourine or kazoo (or that "pink tele" we can never seem to hear enough of). also an attenuated Courtney Love connection. all in all, Frank should help broker this deal.

I want John Lever on drums, Les on Bass, Will on guitar, Mac on vocals*, Rachael Dadd on banjo/guest vocals and Rozi Plain on guest vocals/guitar. I'd like them to do a psychedelic future-folk album together better than Jefferson Airplane. And I would like Bill Drummond to be the producer. I would also like to film them as a supergroup live at the ibar in Bournemouth.

A good second choice would be Thom Yorke and Richard Ashcroft on guest vocals, and Mark Burgess on bass with Eno as producer.

*obviously on a bad day, they could put Mac low down in the mix.

Is it true the bunnymen collaborated with the Germans?

Not necessary. The Germans did their own thing. Massive European tour in the 1940s.
Herr Hitler And The Third Reich. Great band.
