Not for KoK's apparently.

I like what I've heard so far. Should I delete my account? I may not be living up to our reputation. Sorry to let everyone down. :lol:

well i did pay for it, it was in the bins...i know the guys wont get my 3 bucks but then again i couldnt wait. and i will agree to some extent brian and also say that no one should judge it by the snippets that are out there as some cool stuff happens in the songs that the 30 seconds don't show. Its a bit of blue blue ocean and burned mixed together to my ears. The Fountain tune has a bit of a bowie heroes feel to it with some neat guitars / production as well.

I like four of the songs on the album -- got it via a sneak peek as well.

1). I Think I Need It Too
2). Forgotten Fields (Better live, raw and strippe down as Epic)
3). Shroud Of Turin
4). The Fountain (Better acoustic, than this over-produced version
)

The B-Side November from the single sounds a bit like Electrafixion left-overs.

The rest of the songs are sad-state fillers. Like pork sausages. My guess is that EATB had #1, #2 long before Ian met up with (and borrowed songs from) John McLaughlin. They should have just stuck with their original vein -- crafting those initial tunes.

I heard a rumor that Hugh Jones was the original choice to produce this album, but he was unavilable. Is that true?

Also I would love to see Gil Norton come back and see what he could squeeze out of this incarnation of The Bunnymen.

Agree that this is more of a solo outing for Mcculloch, can't wait for the album after this already. Maybe they just needed to pass this junk from their bowels before they can move on to some quality stuff.
